INTERVIEWS! (The No. #1. Mistake People Make on a Global Scale.) [IBYC]

DON'T GO TO YOUR INTERVIEW WITHOUT READING THIS FIRST!!! (MANDATORY)

THE NO. #1 MISTAKE THAT MILLIONS MAKE IN THE INDUSTRY. [On a global scale.]

READ THIS AND LISTEN CAREFULLY...PLEASE!

"Catherine,...what do you got? Jill, I have absolutely nothing to say, I'm just putting my head down on the table for a while to take a break. I've never in my career heard anything like this before!"

"Michael,....what do you got? Oh no, not me Jill, spare me the questions for a moment while I try to hang myself, because that what HE just did! What was his name again? I already forgot it that fast! Sorry Jill...go ahead.

"Jill: I can't believe what I just heard. He just TRASHED his supervisor and then threw him under the bus, and then kick him a few times while he was already down!!!"

TURNKEY: NO MATTER how relax the interview environment may seem, or the friendliness from the board members...when you are asked: "tell us about your boss?" NO EVER, EVER, EVER TRASH YOUR BOSS! It's almost equivalent to THROWING that same TRASH in the board members FACE!

Keep it together!

I Believe You Can...!

Target Audience: 50,000

This is great info!! On point 100% when I’ve done Interviewing for my family owned restaurant the last 22 years one thing that has always stood out was this exact example, No matter what your experiences are with your boss or company keep it nice and Professional because how the hiring manager see’s it if you can bash your former boss/company you will do the same about them. Thanks for the reminder and great information Edward.

From my experience, l just would not let how much is the job paying be one of your first questions why? Because Employers feel you just want a pay check and your planning on quitting after a few! Be open to negotiate, and advance in the company when opportunity presents itself. Sit up straight giving eye contact at all times, don't be to laxed that confirms laziness, you will not get hired.

If you are the least bit observant you can always come up with a positive about your boss. If you are trying to apply for any type of sales or customer service job, then you should be able to accentuate the positive.

Don't be near or over 40 when you go to the interview. US employers have a new rule for applicants that they all sticking by. That is " Over 40 F***-Off"

Bereavement Services at Apollo Palliative Services

I have 21 years of work experience in accounting and administrative skills plus i started working when I was 15 years I worked through my work and did my bachelor's degree in the evening I worked from a office boy to become a financial controller alongside working juggling with education I traveled and left my country all alone without friends or family in a different nation only God by my side even working I devoted my time in the kingdom of God and was Ordained as a Minister and now a Chaplin it wasn't me who gave myself strength but God alone. In all of this I shifted from being a office boy to someone who managed a whole company. I'm a child of God and he favored me. My life is a testimony and glory belongs to God alone. The gist of this might be simple you might have qualified for an position but it's God's divine favor that makes or will put in a position because when an employer sees you he will see God through you and the Holy spirit will guide you through the process. Right now not having a career but God is my provider.
