I have worked with people in the marketplace, office settings, and in a spa setting. Most people want help in some way and communication and listening is imperative. Most people want their privacy and don't reach out enough to be noticed but still have to get their business taken care of. A trustworthy participant is key to their need. I can usually read what people come to the business place for and how or if I can assist. I can always relay a bit of needed direction.
