My situation seems very similar. The one thing I noticed was it was early March and when I applied for unemployment my reason changed from coronavirus as my reason and I did not make that change. I quit due to employer returning from India through New York not tested and they returned I’ll. I found employment went back to work and had to quit due to company not abiding by a dr note they insisted I had to have to not work in up to 104 degrees and having heat exhaustion many days. I am very frustrated with unemployed. I paid it and worked 10 years at Motel and deserve the help until I can find safe employment. I am going to try writing the TX governor who is Republican so not sure it will help. They believe we do not need help. Salary around $20,000 a year and middle class they consider $60,000 so I would say I am low income.
