Jerline, I don't know if it's my program or the transference of information, but please allow me to make this suggestion - When writing correspondence, please use spell check on your computer and have someone else proof read it before you push the post button. I think when we are forwarded this information we are suppose to make suggestions as to how we can help you achieve your goals and objectives. The content is good, just the grammar and spelling needs to be checked. No one else commented on these things, so maybe it's my computer. Good Luck, Jerline

A horrible job situation is probably the case with most of us, and my prayers are with every single one of you. If only employers could look past cookie cutter applications, generic interview questions , and "keywords" and discover what we could bring to their organizations, I think many of us would be so much happier in our vocations.

This is just an awesome and inspiring post! Thanks for sharing and GOOD LUCK on your upcoming face-to-face interviews - we're rooting for ya!
Thank you for the encouragement!
