I'm curious... what is your favorite part of managing a project? What do you enjoy doing? Or what makes you feel the best?

i really enjoyed managing project by implementation of accounting software when it comes of handling materials at my last job.It gave me an opportunity to evaluate and refine any processes that weren’t really working for us. Additionally, I enjoyed being able to collaborate with every department in our office to ensure their needs were being met. It was challenging but definitely rewarding.

Thanks for your answers!
I think my favorite part is when the core deliverables are accepted; when I get to see how happy people are with the results the team produced.

Knowing that my residents feel safe and happy in their homes. Good curb appeal leads to good resident retention which leads to good word of mouth so that when they do leave us to purchase homes, move out of state ect. they will tell their friends and family thus creating another happy resident for us.
