Well, I just wanted to respond to confused... The reason for the drug test is so the employer can tell if you've done drugs or not, for the reason of this: 7 or 8 times out of 10, when someone is injured, drugs are involved. That's why when you report a nasty injury to your supervisor, it is common protocol for them to ask you to take a drug test. Now, the rest of your post, I have no explanation for it. But, I hope you find another job soon. I just wanted to offer you some insight on why they make you do a drug test.
