I had 2 interviews for the same company
Last week I interviewed for an Assistant Manager job. First with the store manager then with the district manager. Today I got a call from the store manager that they decided not to hire anyone for the position. The store mgr said that they feel the sales figures for the store have to increase before they hire any one. I don't get it then why did they even interview anyone to begin with. I am very disappointed.
It could be several factors. Beyond the store management, They may be getting told not to hire until the store volume and profits are up. You most certainly interviewed well.
Keep your chin up and remain positive. After the store's figures increase, they may call you in for the position. Obviously they were impressed with you since you received two interviews. Remain focused on your goals, stay positive, don't talk negative, and remain in faith. Things are about to turn around in your favor.
If you dislike it will do it this is not big issue
My husband gets that all the time...they are just putting feelers out and want to see what each person can offer the company.... $$$$ that's all that matters...
At least you got a reply!! I've been on 2 interviews with the same company and haven't gotten a reply at all?
