Tell them you are young full of energy and you are anxious to learn. You can prove you are full of energy because you have been taking care of your brother. Someone will recognize this as it requires a lot of energy. Also you had to learn how to take care of your brother because he did not come with instructions. These skills and attitude can be a valuable asset. Now go market this and when someone asks you let them have it.

Your skills would be the things you already have, like child care, and interest would be something you'd like to develop in the near future, maybe customer service skills, and an aspiration would be something in the distant future that you'd like to accomplish.
