I see a lot of people in this group say they want to work for Amazon. Cool, but....
Just posting in this group won't get it done. Saying you want a job won't get it done. Complaining won't get it done.

They are a good company to work for. but I have a very bad back(4 surgeries)and possibly one more soon. Heavy lifimg and a bad back do not go together well
Just don't go in as a Tier 1 apply for a leadership role. Your chances of being promoted from the bottom up is non existent if your a tier 1.
