Just got hired!
After applying for a temp agency in a week. They got me a job right-away and I'm enjoying my first day because my co-workers and our head staff is actually nice and they actually help me alot about every process that we make. I've been unemployed for 2-months finding a job but I never got a call-back after the interview from companies and finally this agency called me that I'm hired from that certain company that I didn't have an interview from the employer personally they just sent me an assessment skills then I scored high like 90 or 95wpm (combined alphanumeric and 10-key)
~Btw, its my first time working with temp agency, will I have a salary raise if I got hired full-time?

Yes, thats good, congratulations. Find out if it's a temporary to permanent assignment to get a better idea of what the companies intentions are with the job opening. Getting hired on permanent usually includes better bay and benefits so you should be excited and doing everything possible to make an impression and get a permanent job offer.
