They dont care if you have kids or family issues, emergency, etc. They only care about those orders getting out. There is big time favoritism and some supervisors arent good at keeping their word or handling business. They are write up happy for stupidest things..but let others slide. It's hard work but pay cant be topped(felons, no college, etc.)...ignore the BS as long as you can. Dont bother making friends. Just pull orders and go home. Dont do any favors because it dont help you any in the end. They use you and expect robotic non stop work all day everyday.
