The things that would have improved my job @ #RepublicWaste are
where the hiring process is crazy because they don't tell you at first if you have a felony on your record that you shouldn't be there then try to wait until your 60 days is up and tell you but the way I feel is just a sort trash it shouldn't matter what your record is. so with that being said it's alright but the summertime yes is high when the time is cold but like I said earlier my main issue is the hiring process because you sort trash in like you're actually in a federal building in a waste company Thornton cardboard plastic bottles cans excetera so I feel like republic waste needs to go back and redo that hiring process cuz it's more people that has felonies on their record that I'm willing to work instead of people that don't
That sounds like a stressful hiring process. I hear you on the difficulties of the search though. I am so sorry to hear that things have been a struggle for you lately. You're definitely not alone, as others here on Jobcase have faced this as well.
