Handle Inbound inquiries from relocating customers who are interested in retaining ADT's service at their new home. Sell ADT’s home protection and lifestyle services while providing a world class customer experience.

Identify customer needs by using effective discovery and connect them with ADT’s best in class solutions. Ability to use ADT benefit statements to build value and help overcome any barriers to the sale. Willing to compete at a high level in order to win on every call. Complete the sales process thoroughly and accurately to ensure a high install rate, as well as a delivering a satisfied customer for life. REQUIREMENTS

Education/Work Experience Required:

High School diploma or GED Minimum 1 year sales experience Core Competencies:
