What's the biggest challenge about working for Dollar Tree?

Working at Dollartree really isn't that challenging except for cleaning up our store because the customers always leave a mess and people don't watch their children. Other than that I have been at Dollartree for almost 5 years to and love my job, my employees and my Customers

When I first started my store was in desperate need of reorganizations and design. The sales were way down. Being a small community and having a stranger come in their Dollar Tree start moving things around, Great customer service was the key to keeping their loyalty and success to building more sales as the store came together with a better layout, the team was happier the customer service happier and happy customer. Sale flew . My Ast promoted to store Manager and I took on a larger store for the district manager

I really don't have a problem I know where everything is in the store I'm usually in there three times a day I'm very polite and I like a clean place and organization so other than that I can't see him any problems

Hey Jared,
I found a website where you can find the review and culture of the company by former employees. Good luck.

The most challenging part depends on your position. Store manager?? Very little hours based on sales and inventory results. Need a highly efficient staff to keep a solid looking/performing store. As a cashier? Probably getting decent hours and the ability to multitask at all times based on lack of staff. As a SM I always kept a strong crew by giving more hours to less and reliable people who in turn worked hard for them.
