I had a quarter end performance review with my manager this week. Scored an overall 4 out of 5 rating and received a $.27 cent raise. I make $11.50 per hour right now. This is my first full time job. Is this an average pay increase for a higher end performance rating?

ken thats based on yohr employers raise matrix...I would speak with other workers that has also been given raises and compare with their increase and over rall score...
