Hello All, I am an international candidate searching for full time supply chain jobs since the start of 2017. I am an MBA from SUNY buffalo with 5 years of manufacturing experience and have applied to over 700 jobs on LinkedIn and Indeed. So far, I have just had 2 onsite interviews and sadly I could not get through them. Almost all companies need applicants to be US citizen and are not willing to sponsor H1B visa. With a hefty student loan, I do not have an option to go back to my home country. Shout out to all international candidates struggling to get through due to visa issues, Keep trying!! Better things are coming and request Corporate America not to discourage the next Sundar Pichai & Satya Nadella based on Visa requirement.
