I lost my job in May 2018. I was DM for a large Retail company. I worked my way up from SM to DM over a 15 years career. 9 years as a DM. I find myself going on interviews but don't know how to explain why I am no longer there. I was terminated which I was given poor store conditions and shrink control. Both were crap claims but it is what it is in the end. Any advice how I answer the question to prospective employers of how to explain that situation and still remain as a solid candidate for them. I feel this is getting in the way of me finding another oppertunity. Thanks.
