If you like restaurant work and people, this is a lot of both. I enjoyed the work, had difficulty with management. Marcella was the manager at the time and my paycheck went from $7 an hour to $2 an hour, and she refused to make it right! I was the night manager and did not receive the $2 wage that the waitresses were hired on for. Marcella was the sister of the franchise holder.
