Out of Business vs the resume

So here's the dilemma, I recently took a position with a expanding business. Unfortunately, three months into my employment, the owners have decided to close the business as their expansion plans fell through. How would I list this on my resume?

Hi Alan, You should list it like every other job. A really good way I've seen people handle this, is to put (Company closed in 6/2016) or whatever the date was. That way they know it was the company that shut down and not you being let go. You don't want to take away anything from yourself because they closed shop.
