Just left my team lead production job of 12 years. I invested alot of time and energy in the company's success and then was denied the oppotunity to advance but,was expected to train the person (with no experience or knowledge) for the position in which I asked to be considered for. If anyone can suggest local company (Burlington County),looking for dedeicated selfstarter with first level management skills,planning and attention to detail,please post. Thank you

Hi Mary, I'm so sorry that happened to you! I think I've definitely seen a couple people in the past post the same sort of situation before. It's awful that companies will look beyond the amazing people they already have and hire someone with no experience. I think it's great that you got yourself out of that situation though.
I did do a quick search in your area and found these team lead jobs. Take a look at them and you can apply for any you're interested in.
You can also search for more jobs you might like by using the steps below: 1.Click on “Jobs & Companies” at the top of the page 2.Enter a job into the search field that says “Position” 3.Click on the blue button to search for that position in your area 4.Once the list is up, click on the title of any you are interested in to apply.
