Age discrimination.
I had been a Account Manager for the same Company for 39 years. In February I received a phone call from my Supervisor on a Saturday morning. She told me my services were no longer needed. When I insisted to why. She said someone said they saw me smoking weed and drinking beer on the dock. I told her I'm 62 years old and haven't smoked weed since 1982. I have never drank any kind of alcohol. I requested a drug test immediately. She said it would be to late to test for alcohol. Further more I would not be paid my 13 days vacation since I was terminated.

Hi @Lynn Miller - I'm so sorry to hear that happened to you. If you find necessary, I would suggest speaking with an employment law attorney. They can help you understand your rights and make an informed decision about how to proceed with this situation.
