Did you follow up? Don't wait over 3 days for an employer to contact you. If you don't hear anything, most likely they found a candidate with more qualifications, BUT ......... follow up!
When you follow up with your applications, employers know you are showing interest. Try it. At least you won't be sitting around guessing, right?

Hi Sean: I would definitely follow up! Call the CarMax store you applied to and ask if they've received your application. Most places are pretty chill about giving you an update, so don't be afraid to ask!
