The best thing you can do is acvompany her to Walgreens and then while you are there tell her to ho apply for the job.

She may be able to apply on line .most companies do that these days .I would recommend her going in and feel the store out .talk to employees and just see how they interact with customers. Just get a feel for how the workers respond maybe do this a few times to get her courage up .I had to start over after 20 years with a company and I was 40 .I was terrified but I just thought about my kids and what I had to lose .Its not easy starting out and you can't go in and see what people are like before you apply .I would encourage her to try what I recommended I bet it will ease her nerves a bit .

I too want ting to try and get a jog @ Walgreens and it' 2 blocks from me,but the only ones are over 10-20 miles from me and it's seems to be always the same ones which leave me to think that either it an issue with THOSE stores that have a HIGH TURN-OVER RATE or they really do need help in those locations
