congrats greg, i am so happy for you, i worked for a wendys years ago, they can be a very demanding business to work for, however just do the best you can and i am sure you will do just fine
I worked for Wendys for 7 years in different state from where I live now and I'm not sure if I go back in the state I live now just going thru the drive I see so many things they do wrong and they can't even make my sandwich right I have called and complaint but does no good I have thought about letting. In every job environmentt you will find at all times that some of the employees are self centered ; they are doing the job but they are always to themselves being unfriendly; cant mingle; dont want to go with the flow. Remember; the management they observe; they look around; they do notice things around but they keep it to themselve. So while you have a job do the best you can; excel; work as a team; volunteet to help without being asked. Things as exampe to keep your job; work smarter; be punctual; try not to call in sick..they want dependable and dedicated; loyal; great atttitude; great personality and ethical.... Bye
