Not sure if this is helpful, but when I was a teenager, I would volunteer at the local symphony orchestra as an usher on the weekends. Since a lot of the patrons / concertgoers are older, you get some experience working with assisting the elderly. Definitely not too much time required, and you get to see a free concert! when you want to land other jobs, you can mention that you have a background and also use the referral from your supervisor.

Hey Luke, Welcome to Jobcase! I would suggest checking out local movie theaters, grocery stores, and even fast food places. These are the most likely to hire 14 year olds. You could also look at offering to do yard work in your neighborhood! Good luck!
