Applied for Spectrum as a Field Technician. Got a phone interview the next day!!!! In person interview on the 7th. Hoping my job search is done.
Just thought I would let everyone know, I got the job, pending the usual, drug screen and background check. I was soooo worried that the bs at NCR would hinder me getting the job, but it didn't.
Best dressed award - I walked into the interview and the guy said I won best dressed award for the day. I was in full suit, most others shirt and tie, and 2 in jeans and collared shirts.
Be honest. I knew at some point it would come up, so when I was asked why I wasn't with NCR anymore, I told them truthfully. I came back from medical leave and they accused me over theft with ZERO proof when I asked for it. The Field tech who was also interviewing me said it was garbage because i'd be in prison if I did steal from banks.
Be confident in yourself and your answers. I was able to relate a lot of what I was being asked to my previous job experience. Now, don't over bs your answers, just be truthful and show that your willing to learn and succeed in the environment.
