Seeking work
I am a really hard worker. I live in the Chicagoland area and I am looking for a job. had a few interviews but because of my background no one wants to hire me.
I know people with similar experiences my suggestion is to be open and honest off the jump. That would seem contrary to conventional thinking but your thinking outside the box. For every negative bring up two or three positives.(I made bad decisions but I learned to be more empathetic, caring responsible and will work my heart for this company, I'm just seeking a opportunity sir or mam,
Omg i live in Indianapolis indiana and iam going through the same exact thing. I get the interview but then i dont get a call back once they do the background check. Cant win for losing. Either u lie and say ur not a convicted felon and they find out then u Dont get the job or u get it and get fired. U tell the truth and u dont get hired at all!
