Romantic/Intimate relations with co workers
First of all I would like to thank Jobcase and the Jobcase community for all the advice, support, and encouragement. I really appreciate it and I try to do my part to return the favor.
I got involved in a relationship with a co worker who was 16 years younger (I was 40, she was 24) I was a permanent hired on employee and she was a temp through an agency. It was fun for about 6 months but let's be realistic, the relationship was destined for failure. After everything went bad we still had to see each other every day and that was difficult and a distraction to our work.
I wish I would have never even gotten involved in it.
I would strongly advise to refrain from such relationships with co workers, and I would like to know how you feel about it.

I would say thats life my friend it happens. My first girlfriend was my sisters best friend we dated for years and planned on getting married but didnt becuse it didnt feel right to me and i broke her heart. I still see her all the time 20 years later and weve both gotten over it..its only awkward for a bit.i think thats a dumn rule companies expect from their employees that spend most of their lives working for them.. Thats just me though.
Think of it this way it was a mistake and a choice you bother made as they say it's takes two to tangle but maybe there is a way to let that past go if you both keep dwelling on the bad past you can look towards the future I agree that a work place isn't a place for romance but learn from it and decided you want a better life then shoot for that

when the heart falls in love it matters none if its at work or the corner bar.You simply handle the situation at hand like an intelligent individual and you do your job as normal.No point in anomosity....
never mix pleasure with business... Lesson learned.
Who,gives a shit!!!! Suppose to be working not grab assing at work that is why we have so much of less production and no work getting done!!! And people get paid to pick up on the women, or men at work . Not the dating game !!
this is a nice pic you are very pretty but it would have been better if you were looking up at the photographer and the pic wasn't cropped so much but nice photo
