@Courtney Hoffman I did a little research on Thumbtack background checks and passing it just means that you don’t have a serious felony. You may have other potential candidates that passed the same background check do prepare yourself mentally for a second interview if you haven’t had one already. This ultimately depends on what the employer wants to see and is legally allowed to see. They decide this with the vendor. As a general rule, they will check the sex offender registry and any felony charges. If you don't have either you will most likely be cleared for employment. Good Luck!
