Do you know what your references told them? If it's all good then they may have a process that takes a few days to get an offer together. Did the company give you any timeline as to when you would hear something?

You can always send them an email along the lines of letting them know you are still very interested. Ask them if they need any additional references or information. Give them a reason to respond to you.
