It's okay to be cautious but don't disregard some of these recruiters as they really are recruiting for legitimate employers. I suggest that you research the employer they're recruiting for, including the staffing agency they're employed with and keep track of them during you job search. That's what I do, and it helps to filter out any suspicious activity. Good luck!
