Hoping to get some guidance regarding this... I've been in several "group" interviews lately where it's been 3 or 4 people interviewing me at the same time. I'd like to send a email Thank you note but should I send it as a group email or to each one separately? I was thinking about a group email only because everyone was from the same department and in this last interview it was 3 people all with the same job title (HR Relations Manager). It is going to be kind of hard to send a separate email because there was nothing that distinguished one interviewer from another.. Any suggestions...

In this case, I see nothing wrong with emailing the three HR folks all in one email, addressing each of them in your greeting. That way it's short, sweet and to the point, and easier to keep track of for all parties involved. Good luck with all your interviews!
