The PTO system was used in conjunction with the Kronos Time keeper app (payroll). It allowed for tracking of the employees of the department various type of leave and or absence. For the most part it was simple to use as it came out of the same bank. There were no paid vacation days at my place of employment. The categories were as noted below.

Sick time -PTS Vacation -PTO Intermittent days off -PTO Holiday off -PTH

It was simple to use and handy. I could use the app to review PTO usage, patterns, absence management, disciplinary action preparation and year end reviews. I was able to go back multiple years in some instances. Very helpful.

best, V.

The new PTO system is made for millennials that need their special space because they cannot handle stress and need to be mollycoddled if you're not a person needs to be mollycoddled I can handle working you don't need to worry about PTO it's useless and doesn't work for anybody else who lives in the real world
