When you are asked a question during your interview, it is expected that your answer be in three steps. First, explain the problem you were facing or the need for improvement you recognized. Second, explain what you did to resolve the issue. Third, what was the effect of the measures you took and how can that result be measured. Did it increase productivity, save production time, streamline a process, etc.
