I’m a quick learner and enjoy exploring new methods to make job duties and processes more efficient. I’d like to learn the job, find a mentor to help me develop more leadership skills, and post for a leadership position within a year.

I want to have mastered the duties of my job and increased my skill level enough that I'm able to train others to do this work. I really enjoy the training and mentoring colleagues, so I'd be thrilled to be able to combine the two in a management supporting role.

I would like to be at a state where by I speak and everything happen the way I want, for the betterment of my neighbors

I honestly see myself spending more time on my music and singing. I plan on working part time by then as I would have a larger income from that to rely on. In the time before that, I would like to continue growing my skills and help as much as I can in this job to make everyone's jobs a little easier.

Everyday I strive to learn, grow, and be the best at what I do. My goal is to work within an organization where I’ll have the opportunity to continue to develop my skills, take on new projects, and collaborate with individuals I can learn from. I see myself as a lead participant in projects and initiatives that will contribute to the overall success of this company.
