No respect
I really didn't like this job. They are really really busy but if you are not management you don't get paid vacation. The pay is very low. And if someone is running late they make you stay ..That's not my fault I was on time for my shift.
Can you be a little bit more specific in what kind of job it is and what do you mean that you were late once I needed more information to give you advice thank you

Go to the California Labor board and file a complaint.
We respect authority when someone in authority gives you a time to be there you go should understand and be a responsible person so you can build a good profile for yourself and never have to worry about losing your job you never know about traffic be are busing they may add to your being late so just pray you only be 5 or ten minutes late we have to keep a good profile for the company
I got a feeling there are more jobs out there that are similar.
