Very true Edward, thanks for sending this. I hope some of those looking for jobs on this site take heed of what Edward has shared. The first one disqualifies 80% of applicants alone. As any employer who has ever tried knows, you can't train a friendly person to be friendly, and you can not teach a person who doesn't care, to care.
You can easily separate yourself from those that fit in those two categories and increase your chance of being hired 10 fold.
People like hiring people they know will fit into their staff dynamic, and conversely, they will avoid those with a bad attitude like the plague. Good managers know that injecting a person into a good workplace dynamic, can destroy the sense of harmony, and set the business back months while they try to put the pieces back together.
