I'm confused about how this system works. I've never been convicted of any crime but I have a extensive arrest record. I've done no jail time at all weather in the county jail or the penitentiary. All of the cases were dismissed and expunged supposedly. I paid for them to be expunged in the state of Ohio. I'm also a Class B CDL holder and for the life of me I cannot get a job it's been a year. I'm not understanding this I can see if I truly committed a crime or something but and I'm sure I'm not the only person in the world with this problem please if anybody knows any direction for me to go please give me some advice?
