I don't think anyone can answer that question but you, Dennis. Do you think you'll be able to find a more fulfilling job some time soon? Do you have a family/recurring expenses that would not be payable without a job for a bit?

If you think you can find another job soon (and even if you don't), there is nothing wrong with exploring options while you are still at your current job. Just make sure you give your current employer a respectful/professional amount of heads up before you leave (2 weeks seems to be the norm).

It's hard to work at a place where you are not motivated but you have to weigh that against the ripple effects you leaving your job will have in your life!

Good luck! :)

Try to find something first, then submit a two week notice, do this proffessionally so your current employers have something good to say about you........Professionalism
