Has anyone had staffing agency age discriminate? I've had 3 meet & greets. Everything went great. Got 2 interviews without getting the job on either. One excuse was that the other applicant was located closer to the job. After that I have been ghosted. I emailed one back & got this reply "I will have to do some digging to see what we have that could be a good fit for you." I have been applying for administrative assistant positions & they continually are posting those jobs.....I just turned 60...and I half 12+ years experience. How would you go about proving that? FYI I am getting interviews on my own too.
