I felt thankful for my job when
I got hired everyone was so kind and polite Nice place to work, the supervisor that hired me is such a kind boss never was mean always nice very respectful always tried to help his employees move up to a better position. Such a wonderful boss!! Was always there for his employees! Thank you Rene Ruiz for being such a GOOD boss.

Connie, I am so encouraged by and happy for you. We all need supportive and leading bosses to maintain team morale. It can be frustrating to have a mediocre leader who is not built to maintain a team and to be an example. All bosses are not good leaders. All good, inspirational bosses are leaders.
