Not legally supportable.......
Companies that use the term "over qualified" are in for a big surprise someday as someone will challenge them in court to PROVE how that is determined and they can't prove you will leave someday since no one can't predict the future!!! (I was a Corporate Recruiting Director for 35 years and would NEVER let my recruiters use that term!!)

Interesting point cheryl demore . Where you recently denied a job opportunity for being over-qualified and managements concern over you abandoning the job if hired? If yes, can you share your experience with this community. Were you given an opportunity to challenge managements decision?
