I got fired to because I was not a good fit for this company. Well, the reason I was not a good fit was because I saw the opportunity to create an accounting department which would be all digital. Well the problem and why I was not a good fit was because the controller of the company was stuck in the old school ways of pen and paper. Mind you she has been in the same position for 30 years. The lack of her understanding technology and not wanting to change the way things are done was my demise. I don’t understand how a company would not want to go all digital it leaves less of an inpact on the enviorment and is more secure then paper. It also saves the company thousands of dollars year. So if being a bad fit for a company that wants to stay in the dinosour age of paper then so be it.
