First of all don't get excited about the blessing of something coming to you. Believe me, I know it can be a challenging task finding a job of your interest. Giving up is not the answer to success! The experience your getting from your individual efforts will bring growth, and you'll know it by your diligence.

Temp agencies can be to your advantage of picking up more skill, and the grand opportunity of kicking off your career with a company that supports growth, and they value their employees through a reward system. You have to just stay focus on where you are going by choice of interest, and block out negativity. Now! by what I have experienced with the temps, is you have to screen the best agencies for the field of interest you will enjoy, and that agency will need to be working for you as well. I have had some to call me for jobs that are not specific to my interest, just to fill that order, no matter what your experience or training is. You have to be specific for choosing that agency who specializes in you career interest. Don't get discouraged that I mention to you that some employers, don't give a hoot, they will sell you a dream about their company's intent to hire you in a certain period time, but when their work load has been met for their demands, and things are back to normal, they will end your assignment, and you are back to the ground floor for starts. So, keep your search open in the market, as you may be still temp waiting on permanent employment with that active client. Make the best of what comes available!
