Missed phone interview call from a potential employer. Now what?
I missed a call from someone hiring at an agency. It was past 5 pm, so I decided I would call back at 9 30 the next day. When I did, the person said things were really busy, but they'd call back in 30 minutes. No call. How should I follow up to?

Great question. Don't let courtesy paralyze you. It does you no good to politely miss the opportunity. ;-) Call them back! And if you have the name of the person trying to find you, try to find them and email them a note.
