The last time a co-worker got angry with me at Shell was a case of teacher-student related anger management experience for me. I was cool headed and channelled my energy into it. The day started by me waking up and preparing to board the staff bus taking workers to work and getting to the flowstation the compressor house was down the mechanical engineer by the name Steve shouted at me to come help him out, he said intern or not, you are now a staff, jokingly and we ran towards the sulzer pumps to restart it because the knockout vessel was filled and oil burning out of the flare stack, so it was painstaking restarting the compressor house but after an hour battle the engines came up and we were able to set things into motion and Steve later apologized saying he didn't mean to raise his voice at me but just for me to be mentally and fit for the unforseen circumstance, and we laughed over it.
