It's definitely hard to figure out what to do next. I landed two jobs in 2016, but they were horrible fits -- absolutely horrible. I don't want to experience this ever again.

Did you resign from position already? If you didn't I would hang on to it until you find the next job. I would suggest to research the company and look at the reviews before being part of a company.
