I received training on a computer, but the actual POS computer I would be using was nothing like the one in the training! I was to have a buddy to help on day one, but there was no one, and I was out on the sales floor all alone. Customers were very understanding, and nearby sales staff was a huge help. Glad I stuck with it, as the job was very enjoyable.
