I am looking a trainee program in either hospitality or business operation/law firm in Los Angeles. I can also get the J1 sponsor to help sponsoring me without any companies cover all costs.

Hi Fionna! Unfortunately, you might have a hard time getting a company to give a sponsorship, unless their international. I recommend to find a company within your country that is international to apply to first. Here's the website to the marriott https://careers.hhmhospitality.com/jobs
