Ive been on my job for 6 years a supervisor for 5 i love my job but don't have time to babysit grown folks and do other people's job for them allow me to do my job hold me accountable for my actions not for nobody else

Hi Jacqueline, Your comment brings up one of the most challenging things about "management": getting other people to behave in a productive way. A good manager is clear about expectations and convincing his/her direct reports that being productive is the best way for an employee to advance their OWN career. Can it be frustrating? YES. Rewarding? YES. Easy? NO!! But a good manager is worth their weight in gold... and can change an employee's life (not to mention career).
